Dont just read Yelp! or other review sites. These are actual reviews from customers that receive our 2 week follow up email after service is completed. We want to know how you feel with out the need for a review. So we can know what were doing well and where we can be better.

Hi Mario, hope you had a good vacation.  its common for it be damaged when the screen is broken the shock wave travels through out the device. In those cases we would just charge the part cost to replace $25,

Thank you. The iPod works great. There is one thing i don't understand about some functions, and as discussed, i still need help in organization, storage, and syncing with Mac Air, iPhone 6, Apple Cloud, Google, and Google Chrome.

Hi Michelle I’m sorry to hear that, looks like last time you were here you paid $80  that was our sale price at the time. Were back at $89 currently to ensure we have the best parts, theres much cheaper ones on the market but we don’t sell those. I could do it for $75 that would be -$15 of regular pricing
